I hear a lot of West Ham fans calling for Di Canio but is he really the man that we need right now in our situation? People say he will bring passion and the fighting attitude what we haven't seen for most of this and I agree with this but that isn't just what we need, we need a manager with a lot of managerial experience that can scrape wins if need be and if not, someone who knows how to win football matches. I love Di Canio, when I was younger watching him play football was a dream for me and I'll always remember that goal he scored against Wimbledon if I recall rightly what won best premier league goal ever? But as a manager I just don't think he's ready, personally I think he should go to Italy and get some more managerial experience in the Serie A or even Serie B and maybe in 10 years time hopefully when we are a powerhouse and he's proved he's a fantastic manager then I would welcome him with welcome arms at the club. Now I rarely use the word hate but I do really hate Allardyce, I watch him sitting in the dugout and the man looks clueless! I'm pretty sure he sits in bed at night and writes down excuses to use if we lose because he really does have every excuse in the book! Not once have I heard him apologise to the fans and hold his hands up and admit he got it wrong, he's too proud to admit that and that really frustrates me as a fan so as soon as he goes the better in my opinion! Now I'll move onto a replacement, there's been a lot of names popping up left right and center and a few that I like and would think would be fantastic managers at the club are Billic, Pochettino and Laudraup. Now with Billic it's easy because he loves West Ham and he's a great manager so he would fit the mould perfectly, Now Pochettino openly come out and said he 'might' leave Southampton in the summer and I think that he's a brilliant manager and plays football the west ham way, but whether he would come to us is unclear but in my eyes we are a bigger club than Southampton. Finally Laudraup now many of you would be surprised about this but have a look at the league table and have a look at Swansea they aren't doing that great and what happens if they get relegated ( what admittedly is unlikely) then they'll have a class manager managing a team in the Championship and he'll want to go! So why not West Ham? Once again we are a bigger club than Swansea. Onto my last two points now the board and the players, The Board have had there ups and downs (mainly downs) they have brought in Nocerino and Boriello in this transfer window what I can tell you are very good players! I watch the Serie A as well as most of the top European leagues week in week out and although they haven't played much in the last season in the past few seasons they have been fantastic players what shows by being capped by Italy, so the board done well there but I'm pretty sure the board doesn't listen to the fans and I don't think they ever have tbh. All this talk when they came in and when Allardyce came in about what they are going to do and how west ham are going to play? I've seen better pub teams with hangovers play football better than most of the donkeys in our team! I think and have done for some while that the board aren't right for the club so hopefully one day soon some rich man from the Middle East buys us and we can become a premier league powerhouse! Finally the players, can somebody please tell me what Nolan brings to the team? I watch West Ham week in week out and bloke is a cart horse he picks up the odd goal by scoring from 6 yards but apart from that he's useless! Allardyce has brought in too much dead weight and all the ex Bolton players should go in the summer (Taylor, Nolan , O'brien and Jussi) out of all our players the only players I think deserve to wear the shirt on form and ability is Adrian ( who has been superb) Reid, Tomkins, Noble, Diame (maybe), Morrison, Jarvis ( who has been poor but can be a class player) Downing and Carroll. I hope you all like my thread please reply and give me your feedback I would like to hear what other fans think.
